Estação Rado Carvalho

Living in Portugal, I'm improving my collection of stamps and postmarks from the former colonies. This Angolan stamp, although crumpled, has a different postmark, I still haven't found information about this Estação Rado Carvalho... (perhaps a Portuguese train station) nor about the "Taxação" imprint. (About the stamp: this is the second lowest value, 10c., from the Angolan birds set issued in 1951, Mundifil #327, Coracias spatulatus).

Morando em Portugal, estou melhorando minha coleção de selos e de carimbos das ex-colônias. Este selo angolano, apesar de amassado, tem um carimbo diferente, ainda não encontrei informações sobre esta Estação Rado Carvalho... (talvez portuguesa) e nem sobre a marca "Taxação". (selo de 10c. da série Aves de Angola, 1951, Mundifil nº 327, Coracias spatulatus).
